Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The consumer whose name, address, phone number and email address appear on the order form. The Buyer confirms that the details entered when ordering are accurate and current.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through craftpaperco.com, whose characteristics and sale price are shown in the order summary, under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products covered

The type, quantity, size, chosen material, any crop or positioning specified by the customer, the sale price including VAT, and the delivery details appear in the order summary and in the order confirmation email; this information forms an integral part of this agreement.

Craft Paper Co. products fall into three groups:

• Wallpaper murals (ready-made designs and custom designs): made to order, to the wall measurements given by the Buyer. The price is calculated from the width × height entered by the Buyer at the per-square-metre unit price. The trim we add to each edge in production, to make installation easier, is not charged.
• Wall decals: products in standard sizes and colors.
• Art prints: products in standard sizes.

4. Price and payment

Product prices include VAT and domestic shipping within Türkiye. For international orders, shipping is shown separately at checkout. For deliveries to the United States, import duties are included in the product prices and paid by the Seller (Delivered Duty Paid); nothing further is collected from the Buyer on delivery. The total amount is shown to the Buyer at checkout before the order is completed. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure; instalment options, where available, are offered at checkout according to the card and the bank. Craft Paper Co. does not store card details.

Please note that all orders are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates; your bank converts at its own rate.

For custom design orders, payment is taken and production begins after the Buyer has approved the design.

5. Delivery

Products are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation at the latest. Within Türkiye, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch; the statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days.

International orders are shipped through ShipEntegra. The carrier — FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS — is chosen according to the size of the parcel and seasonal carrier load; whichever carrier is used, a tracking number is always provided. Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order.

Tracking information is sent to the Buyer's email address and/or WhatsApp number. Delivery is made to the address given on the order form. Delays and costs arising because the Buyer was not at the address, or because the address was incorrect, are the Buyer's responsibility.

Wallpaper murals are shipped in a purpose-made cylinder box together with an installation guide. Adhesive and installation equipment are not included. The Seller does not provide installation labour.

6. Right of withdrawal

Wall decals and art prints — orders within Türkiye: The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Notice of withdrawal may be sent to info@craftpaperco.com or by WhatsApp. The product must be unused, not applied to a surface, and in its original packaging. The Buyer sends the product to the Seller's address freight-collect, by Yurtiçi Kargo or another carrier of their choice; the return shipping fee is ₺200 and is deducted by the Seller from the refund. This deduction does not apply in the defect and damage cases covered by article 7. Once the product reaches the Seller, the payment is refunded by the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Wall decals and art prints — international orders: The same 14-day right applies, but freight-collect returns are not possible from outside Türkiye, so returns work as follows. If the item is worth roughly $75 or less, we do not ask you to send it back: once we have your request, we refund it or send a replacement. Above that value, you send the item back with a carrier of your choice and pay the return shipping yourself; we refund the price of the item once it reaches us. In both cases the product must be unused, not applied to a surface, and in its original packaging.

Wallpaper murals (ready-made designs and custom designs): Because these products are made to the wall measurements and preferences given by the Buyer, they fall outside the right of withdrawal under article 15(1)(c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming the order, the Buyer acknowledges this. This applies to international orders as well.

7. Defective products and damage

Whether or not the product falls within the right of withdrawal, in the event of a production error (wrong size, wrong design), a print quality problem, or damage in transit, the Seller will reproduce the product free of charge or refund its price. For transit damage, the Buyer is asked to have the carrier record the damage on delivery and to report it with photographs within 48 hours. Differences in color caused by monitor or phone settings are not considered defects; a Buyer who is particular about color is offered the option of ordering a sample first.

8. General provisions

The Buyer acknowledges having read and confirmed this agreement and the Pre-Contract Information Form electronically, and agrees to be bound by this agreement upon confirming the order. Where stock or production is impossible, the Seller will inform the Buyer within 3 days and refund any amount received within 14 days. In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.
