Pre-Contract Information Form

This form contains the information that must be provided to the consumer before an order is placed, under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Product and price information

The essential characteristics of each product are given on its product page. For wallpaper murals, the price is calculated as the per-square-metre unit price shown on the product page multiplied by the wall area entered by the Buyer (width × height); the total is shown before the order is completed. For wall decals and art prints, the price shown on the product page depends on the size or color option selected. Prices for delivery within Türkiye include VAT. Prices for delivery to the United States are shown without Turkish VAT (export sale) and include US import duties.

All orders are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates; your bank converts at its own rate.

Delivery and costs

Within Türkiye, shipping is included in the product price. Products are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation at the latest, and delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

For international orders, shipping is shown separately at checkout. For deliveries to the United States, import duties are included in the product prices and paid by the Seller (Delivered Duty Paid); nothing further is collected from the Buyer on delivery. International orders are shipped through ShipEntegra; the carrier — FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS — is chosen according to the size of the parcel and seasonal carrier load, and a tracking number is always provided. Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order.

Payment

By credit or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Instalment options, where available, are offered at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Wall decals and art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notice of withdrawal is given by email to info@craftpaperco.com or by WhatsApp.

For orders within Türkiye, the product is sent to the Seller's address freight-collect, by Yurtiçi Kargo or another carrier of the Buyer's choice; the return shipping fee is ₺200 and is deducted from the refund.

For international orders, freight-collect returns are not possible, so returns work differently: if the item is worth roughly $75 or less, we do not ask for it back and will refund it or send a replacement; above that value, the Buyer returns the item with a carrier of their choice at their own cost, and we refund the price of the item once it reaches us.

In cases of production error or transit damage, no deduction applies and no return shipping is charged.

Wallpaper murals are produced to the measurements and preferences given by the Buyer and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal under article 15(1)(c) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Production errors and transit damage are covered by free reproduction or refund for every product.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to info@craftpaperco.com or by WhatsApp. In disputes, the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

By confirming the order, the Buyer acknowledges having read this form and confirmed it electronically.
