Wallpaper murals are printed to your own wall measurements, so they sit outside the standard return window. Wall decals and art prints can be returned within 14 days. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we cover it on every product.

First, something worth saying

Craft Paper Co.'s first priority is that you feel completely at ease with what you bought, and that the result is what you pictured — better, if we can manage it.

Every Craft Paper Co. design is built from figures Nihan Minareci draws by hand. Nihan likes to work in soft, restful colors, and that is why most of our designs feel as calm as they do. Please don't mistake pastel and gentle tones for washed-out ones. The absence of loud, vivid color is a deliberate choice, and one we care about. ♡

A word about color

Our HP Latex printers are the newest and most capable machines available. Because color matters to us, we recalibrate every machine at regular intervals.

On a screen, the colors in our designs shift a great deal with screen brightness and with the phone, tablet or computer you are looking at them on, and they can mislead. A photograph of a finished wall can look quite different depending on the weather that day, the light in the room, even the model of phone it was taken with. So if color accuracy matters a great deal to you, please get in touch before you order — we can send you a sample first. Color is worth getting right. :)

Return policy

Wallpaper murals — made to your measurements

Ready-made and custom-design wallpaper murals are printed to your own measurements and preferences, so they are made-to-order goods and cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Wall decals and art prints — 14 days. Decals and prints in standard sizes and colors can be returned within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, not applied to a wall, and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we will confirm the return.

Return shipping from the United States. Return postage to Türkiye is paid by you and is not refunded. Because international return postage often costs more than the item itself, we handle it by value: if the item is worth about 75 USD or less, we do not ask you to ship it back — send us a photo instead and we refund you. Above that, write to us and we will confirm the return address before you send anything. Once the parcel reaches us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Separately, we care about you being happy with what you receive. In the cases below we reprint the order free of charge, whatever the product:

  • A production error (wrong size, wrong design)
  • Damage in transit
  • A print-quality problem (color shift, resolution fault)

Reporting damage

  1. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the courier at the door, or refuse delivery.
  2. Photograph the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. Tell us within 48 hours at info@craftpaperco.com or on WhatsApp.
  4. We review it and come back to you within 2 business days.
