Your tracking number arrives by email
On the day your order leaves our studio you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. There is nothing you need to do — when that email arrives, your parcel is on its way. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.
How your order travels
From İzmir to your door
Orders are dispatched through ShipEntegra. Depending on the size of the parcel and how busy the carriers are that season, your order travels with FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS. Whichever carrier it goes with, you receive the tracking number and can follow the parcel the whole way.
Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order. Made-to-order items are produced before that; the production time is shown on each product page.
