Yes. Thanks to our HP Latex water-based printing technology, our products are odorless and suitable for indoor use. The HP 832 ink series carries GREENGUARD Gold certification. The 300 gsm non-woven paper breathes and balances moisture, which makes it suitable for a nursery.

A self-adhesive option is offered on our wainscot (above/below rail) models. Our other non-woven murals are not self-adhesive; they are hung with wallpaper paste. If an installer is doing the work, they bring their own paste. We don't ship paste with the order, because a good many other tools are needed besides paste, and an installer gets a better result using the paste whose consistency and behaviour they already know.

No. Our murals come as rolls no more than 103.5 cm (40.7 in) wide. Almost every single-piece wallpaper on the market is printed with UV inks (the machines that glow blue in printing videos) or solvent-based inks; solvent is close to poison for an indoor space. These are products that should not be brought into a home at all, let alone a child's room. They are usually produced as a sideline by firms that print outdoor advertising banners, so the danger in a child's room simply isn't on their radar.

Your mural arrives as rolls — but not on the logic of the products sold in a hardware store or a standard wallpaper shop. There, the product is printed in advance and put on a shelf, so there is a fixed calculation like “8–10 rolls for 10 m²”. Craft Paper Co. prints every order for a specific wall, so there is no fixed roll count: however many rolls your wall needs is how many are produced.

The maximum roll width we can print on non-woven paper is 103.5 cm (40.7 in). How many rolls your wall arrives in depends entirely on its measurements. If your wall is 320 cm (126 in) wide, for example: a 5 cm margin is added to each edge, so 330 cm is printed, which doesn't fit into three rolls — so it is printed as four rolls of equal width, about 82.5 cm (32.5 in) each.

You don't need to work the roll count out yourself. As soon as you enter your measurements while ordering, the preview screen shows you how many rolls your wall will be produced in. The number of rolls does not affect the price; the only thing that sets the price is the width and height of your wall.

It comes off easily, but the mural itself is deformed as it comes off, and the wall needs a very simple bit of making good afterwards. 🤍

Apart from our removable decals, wallpaper murals are not products that can be taken down and used again. We know that products on the market claiming otherwise don't come off cleanly either. So the honest answer is that they cannot be reused.

Send us a wide-angle photo of the wall on WhatsApp and we can confirm the measurements with you. Our measuring guide is worth a look too. If you'd rather not measure yourself, any local handyman or decorator can take the measurements for you in a few minutes.

First you decide which kind of mural you want (a ready-made model, a custom design, and so on). The prices shown on the products are per square meter. To get the total we need the area of the wall (width × height), and the price of the product you chose is calculated from that. On custom designs, openings such as windows and doors are deducted from the area; you are only charged for the printed surface.

We're afraid we don't design from an image or photograph you send us. But there is another option: our models are not fixed. You can come to us with a new idea — a figure from one of our designs combined with a figure from another, on whatever background color you like. We arrange and print every order for the specific wall and the specific person, and there is no extra charge for that. You can take a screenshot of scenes you like from our Instagram posts, our story highlights or anywhere on this site, and ask us for a new design built from them.

Unfortunately the single most important condition for a mural to go up properly and last for years is a smooth wall. A simple bit of preparation by a decorator will get your wall ready for wallpaper. A surface that has been treated with wallpaper primer helps the paper grip and stay sound for years.

Technically it can, depending on the type of the old paper (paper, non-woven and so on) — but we don't recommend it. The old paper would need to be very firmly stuck to the wall, flat, clean and dry. Hanging over a textile or velvet paper may not be technically possible at all. The safest and longest-lasting method is still to strip the old paper and prepare the surface.

It goes up by the same method as standard wallpaper — but because these are bespoke designs, whoever hangs it should be genuinely experienced. Avoid handing wallpaper work to a painter or a plasterer. We'd suggest looking through our installation guide. If you'd rather have it hung professionally, any experienced local wallpaper installer can do the work.

Of course you can — though it does take a certain amount of skill, and this isn't a cheap product. Trimming the overlap in particular is something best done by someone who has done it before. We ship a good deal of wallpaper to the United States and Europe, and in those markets the great majority of our customers hang it themselves. So: not exactly easy, but if you're handy and good with your hands, you can do it. You'll need to get hold of paste, a smoothing squeegee, a bucket and a very fine-bladed utility knife (an installer arrives with all of these).

We don't offer installation. For orders going to the United States, an experienced local wallpaper installer can hang it, or you can hang it yourself — as most of our US customers do. Our installation guide takes you through it step by step, and an installation template is included in the box.

Yes. Orders are dispatched from our studio in İzmir, Türkiye through ShipEntegra. Depending on the size of the parcel and how busy the carriers are that season, your order travels with FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS — always with a tracking number. Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order. US import duties are already included in our prices and paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery; shipping is shown at checkout.

Your order is dispatched within 2 business days at the latest after it is confirmed. On the day it ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. In total, delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order.

Wallpaper murals are printed to your own measurements, so they cannot be returned except where the fault is ours in production or in transit. Wall decals and art prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is paid by you. Because international return postage often costs more than the item, we handle it by value: on an item worth about 75 USD or less we don't ask you to ship it back — send us a photo and we refund you.
