Shipping and Delivery

Production and dispatch: Your order is dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation at the latest. For custom design orders, that period starts once you have approved the design.

Within Türkiye: Sent with tracking by Aras Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo; delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Shipping is included in the product price.

International: Orders are shipped through ShipEntegra. The carrier — FedEx, TNT, DHL or UPS — is chosen according to the size of the parcel and seasonal carrier load; whichever one carries your parcel, you always receive a tracking number. Delivery to the United States takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For deliveries to the United States, import duties are already included in our product prices and are paid by us (Delivered Duty Paid), so nothing extra is collected on delivery.

Tracking: Tracking details are sent by email and/or WhatsApp on the day your order is dispatched.

Packaging: Wallpaper murals are shipped in a purpose-made cylinder box together with an installation guide. Adhesive and installation equipment are not included.

Checking your delivery: Please check the parcel while the courier is still there. If there is damage, have the courier record it and let us know within 48 hours, with photographs, at info@craftpaperco.com or on WhatsApp.
