Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Wall decals and art prints — 14 days

Wall decals and art prints are made in standard sizes and colors, so you may return them within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The product must be unused, not applied to a surface, and in its original packaging.

How the return itself works depends on where the order was delivered — see below.
Once we have the item, or have agreed the return with you, your payment is refunded by the original method within 14 days at the latest. How quickly it appears on your card depends on your bank.

Returns from outside Türkiye

Freight-collect returns are not possible from outside Türkiye, and return shipping usually costs more than the item itself. So for international orders:

If the item is worth roughly $75 or less, we don't ask you to send it back. Once we have your request, we refund it or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Write to us before sending anything back, so we can confirm which of the two applies to your order.

Returns within Türkiye

Send the product to the address above freight-collect, with Yurtiçi Kargo or any carrier you prefer. The return shipping fee is ₺200: we pay the carrier, and that amount is deducted from your refund.

Wallpaper murals — made to order

Both ready-made and custom wallpaper murals are printed to the wall measurements and preferences you give us. For that reason they fall outside the right of withdrawal under article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This applies to international orders as well. Before ordering, please check your measurements carefully — and if you are unsure, send us a photo of your wall on WhatsApp and we will confirm the measurements with you.

Every product: production errors and damage

In the following cases we reproduce the product free of charge or refund it, whichever product family it belongs to:

Production error (wrong size, wrong design)
Print quality problem (resolution fault, clear color shift)
Damage in transit

In these cases you are never charged for return shipping, and no deduction is made. For international orders you do not need to send the product back; photographs of the problem are enough.

For transit damage, please have the carrier record the damage on delivery and send us photographs within 48 hours. We will tell you the outcome of our review within 2 business days.

Color differences

Differences in tone caused by screen brightness and device settings are not production errors. If you are particular about color, you can order a 30 × 30 cm (12 × 12 in) sample before you buy.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card or method used for payment. All orders are charged in Turkish Lira (TRY), so refunds are issued in TRY and your bank converts at its own rate; the amount that reaches your account may therefore differ slightly from what you paid. Where payment was made in instalments, your bank may return the refund instalment by instalment.
