Ordering, Delivery and Installation
Your wallpaper is dispatched within 2 business days at the latest.
Enter the true, net width and height of your wall; we add a 5 cm margin to every edge in production to make installation easier, so you do not need to add any yourself.
Because every order is produced to your own measurements, it cannot be returned.
Colour appears differently on every phone and computer screen, so there may be a difference between what you see and the printed result. If colour accuracy matters a great deal to you, we recommend ordering a sample first.
The surface to be covered should be smooth, well plastered, primed and correctly painted.
There is a 2.5 cm overlap where the rolls meet; this margin is trimmed during installation, so no overlapping edge is left when the job is finished. The trimming method is shown in the installation guide included with your order.
Adhesive is not included with the product. The equipment needed for installation — adhesive, a utility knife, a smoothing squeegee, a sponge, a bucket and, if needed, a laser level — is supplied by your installer.
Wallpapers are delivered in sturdy custom-made cylindrical boxes, together with an installation template.
US import duties are included in the price and paid by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Frequently asked questions
How many rolls will my wallpaper mural come in?
It depends on your wall. The maximum width of the non-woven paper we print on is 103.5 cm (about 40.7 in). We add a 5 cm (about 2 in) trimming margin to each edge of your wall and divide the print into rolls of equal width. For example, a 320 cm (about 126 in) wide wall is produced as 4 rolls of about 82.5 cm (32.5 in). When you enter your measurements, the preview shows how many rolls you will receive. The number of rolls does not affect the price; only the width and height of your wall do.
Is my wall ready? What should I do first?
The most important condition for a long-lasting result is a smooth wall. We do not recommend applying wallpaper to a rough or flaking surface; a simple preparation and a coat of wallpaper primer by a decorator is enough. A primed surface helps the paper hold and makes removal easier later on.
How do I clean the wallpaper?
Wipe it gently with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Do not scrub, and do not use detergents or solvents. If a mark appears, wipe it straight away in one direction without pressing.
Will removing it damage the wall?
It comes off easily, but the wallpaper itself is deformed when removed and the wall may need a very simple touch-up. Wallpaper murals cannot be removed and reused.
